Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
To respect the time of our clients and team, The Art of Hair has the following booking, deposit and cancellation policy in place:
💰 Deposits for Larger Services
A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments for larger services — including colour corrections, full transformations, Nanoplasty, or extended sessions.
This deposit must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If a deposit is not received, your appointment may be cancelled.
If your service requires a deposit, we’ll be in touch to arrange payment.
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. To ensure fairness to all clients and our team:
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking, at our discretion.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
